What is a Virgin Money Lounge?
Virgin Money Lounges, if you haven’t already been into one, are not your usual banking experience. They provide quiet spaces to sit and read as well as offering free refreshments, WiFi, newspapers, books and Ipads. In addition to these sedate methods of relaxation, some lounges have more off the wall options such as cinema areas, aeroplane cabins and bowling alleys, with the intention of offering a unique banking experience. The ultimate marketing tool! I can’t wait to get involved and add our LinkedIn training to the mix.
Helping businesses get noticed
Previous Virgin Money events have included ‘Getting control of your finances’ in Glasgow and ‘Get savvy with tech’ in Manchester, which invited customers to drop into the Virgin Lounge to meet experts and receive advice and tips about getting the most out of their device. I foresee more educational events targeted towards small businesses with the aim of improving their social media presence and marketing strategy using LinkedIn. We will of course be there to advise.
